I write, teach and consult on topics related to depth psychology, highly giftedness and authenticity in professional life. Clients often describe my style as intellectually stimulating but grounded: combining precision with a kind of quiet rebellion against superficiality.
My formal background is in psychology and psychotherapy, but what has proven most relevant is how I work rather than what I studied. My expertise is shaped by years of clinical practice with highly gifted individuals, where extreme cognitive capacity often coincides with intensity, existential sensitivity and a structural misfit with conventional environments. Being highly gifted myself, I offer not only conceptual understanding but also direct recognition of these inner dynamics. I’ve learned to match their pace without losing clarity and to translate abstract insight into lived change, not just something they can understand.
My professional background combines clinical depth with a strong analytical and reflective mindset. I work best with clients whose inner world moves fast, wide, and deep - people who notice subtleties, question systems and often feel both ahead of and disconnected from their surroundings. My way of working mirrors that: I think fast but listen slowly. I’m attuned to complexity, paradox and the existential weight that often accompanies high intelligence.
I don’t aim to normalize highly gifted individuals but to help them integrate their intensity without dulling it; to think, feel and connect without shrinking. My approach is psychologically rigorous, relationally honest and unafraid of nuance or discomfort.
