My passion lies in guiding individuals in finding answers to life and career-related questions. At the core of this process is exploring each person’s intrinsic motivation.
The key questions in my coaching are therefore: “What brings you joy?” and “What gives you energy?” A highly effective way to gain insight into these questions is through the Coretalents Analysis. Every individual is unique, and this method does justice to that uniqueness. It also provides insights on multiple levels, enabling in-depth coaching on life-related themes.
In my coaching, I start from the belief that you already carry the answers to your own questions within you. My role is to guide the process and help those answers surface. My core values in this are safety, openness, and warmth.
The methods I use include NLP, nature-based coaching, and mindfulness. In addition, I am trained as a Dog Assisted Coach, where I learned how to involve my dog in the coaching process to facilitate meaningful insights. I am naturally curious and committed to continuous learning; currently, I am further deepening my expertise in trauma-informed coaching.
